Hi, we are Mai and Jurney!
We are a husband and wife team of wedding and portrait photographers from the Central Valley in California.
Let's be real here: wedding photography is not easy! But we love every moment of it. We love being able to think creatively on our feet, breezing from one beautiful moment to the next, and curating a collection of images that documents and immortalizes the magic and joy of each couple's special day. What we find rewarding in photographing weddings is the opportunity to tell a love story most romantically and authentically, delivering once-in-a-lifetime memories that will make hearts flutter for years to come.
When we are not "working", we love traveling to foreign lands and eating our way through new and exciting cuisines. You might find us burning our calves on a long hike uphill to some random tea café museum in the middle of nowhere, or getting lost in the vibrant streets of a bustling city after a typhoon had just swept through the night before. On these travels, Mai will usually try to send postcards home, while Jurney will attempt every claw vending machine he finds. Additionally, we adore our home state of California and will often take road trips to visit all the places we love, from the amazing wineries in Napa Valley, to the breathtaking views of Yosemite National Park, to the gorgeous coastal cities of Carmel-by-the-Sea and Santa Barbara.
Oh, and we have two cute pups, Bonnie and Huckleberry, whom we looooove to bits.
For those who are wondering how we came up with "May Twenty And Five": our birthdays are May 20 and May 25. Mai's the 'Twenty', Jurney's the 'Five'. We know, we're so cute.
